Overview Of The Accounts Payable Specialist Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and timely Review invoices for proper approvals, coding, and supporting documentation Prepare and process weekly check runs and electric payments Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policiesRespond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and account information Assist with month‑end closing activities and account reconciliations Monitor accounts payable aging and ensure timely payment of obligations Support audits by providing requested documentation and reports Maintain organized and accurate financial records while ensuring confidentiality Preferred Qualifications Of The Accounts Payable Specialist 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience required Experience working in nonprofit environment is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and large ERP systems Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes and procedures Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality #J-18808-Ljbffr CFS
