What You'll Do
- Support daily field operations and crew coordination
- Verify installations meet plans, specs, and SMACNA standards
- Conduct jobsite walkthroughs for quality, safety, and progress
- Coordinate material deliveries and fabrication schedules
- Mentor and coach apprentices and technicians
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and craftsmanship
What You Need
- 3+ years commercial/industrial sheet metal fabrication and installation experience
- Ability to read blueprints, specs, and mechanical drawings
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Desire to grow into field management
- Valid driver's license, insurable record
