Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We require formal training or certification in software engineering concepts, along with 5+ years of applied experience.
• We need strong expertise in HPE NonStop hardware and architecture, including system setup and ongoing maintenance.
• We expect experience configuring and managing Enterprise Secure Key Managers in an enterprise setting.
• We require proficiency in setting up Etinet servers and integrating them with HPE NonStop systems.
• We need a solid grasp of HPE NonStop subsystems such as Mediacom, TMF, and KMSF, including how they interact with hardware for troubleshooting and upgrade or installation planning.
• We expect hands-on experience using SCF, ZZSTO, ZZZCIP, and ZZKRN for system configuration and administration.
• We require demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities in infrastructure engineering workflows, with careful validation and awareness of data sensitivity.
• We need the ability to review and verify AI-assisted recommendations before implementation, escalating when needed and ensuring outcomes support resiliency, security, and auditability.
• We expect experience applying AIOps or ML-driven monitoring concepts in a production infrastructure environment, including anomaly detection, alert correlation, noise reduction, trend forecasting, or predictive health signals.
• We require the ability to work with telemetry pipelines, define data quality expectations, and operationalize logs, metrics, and traces for automation and reliability outcomes.
• We expect practical experience using AI assistants for troubleshooting and documentation, with secure handling of sensitive data and audit-ready outputs.
• Preferred: experience implementing or operating AIOps platforms and integrating them with incident or ticketing workflows.
• Preferred: exposure to enterprise LLM governance concepts such as data classification, access controls, audit logging, and model risk considerations.
• Preferred: experience building operational analytics with Python or SQL to analyze EMS or application logs for recurring patterns, failure modes, and leading indicators.
• Preferred: familiarity with reliability practices such as SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and blameless postmortems, and using AI to improve those processes.

• We will use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate infrastructure analysis and design documentation, validating outputs and handling operational data according to sensitivity and security requirements.
• We will apply reuse-first, AI-assisted practices in delivery and automation routines to identify recurring issues and validate remediation options, keeping changes traceable, auditable, and aligned with resiliency and security expectations.
• We will use AIOps techniques to improve incident triage, reduce mean time to resolution, and proactively detect infrastructure risks through anomaly detection, event correlation, and early-warning indicators.
• We will build and maintain high-quality operational knowledge such as knowledge base articles, runbooks, and known-error records for use by AI assistants.
• We will partner with SRE, Observability, and Cyber teams to evaluate, implement, and govern AI-enabled monitoring and alerting, ensuring outputs are explainable, traceable, and compliant with security controls.
• We will document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and installations.
