Key Responsibilities\n

You will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults who are experiencing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in a relevant counseling discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current state-issued mental health counseling license that allows for independent practice. Kindly note that we do not provide supervision for provisional or limited licenses.

• Licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a licensed psychologist is essential.

• Applicants must possess exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine empathetic nature to build rapport with clients effectively.

• Strong computer literacy with the capability to conduct virtual sessions and maintain meticulous online records is required.

• Access to a computer with video and audio capabilities along with a reliable internet connection to facilitate seamless teletherapy.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in teletherapy or virtual counseling is highly valued, as our processes are designed for an efficient online experience. Candidates with proven success in similar outpatient settings or with specialized training in solution-focused or cognitive-behavioral therapy are encouraged to apply. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
