Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to understand their objectives and requirements, ensuring personalized goals for recovery.
• Maintain a patient caseload of one individual per hour, allowing for focused and individualized therapy sessions.

• Evaluate treatment outcomes, monitor patient progress, and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure effective rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, to ensure optimal documentation and patient tracking.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly advantageous.
