Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including reviewing medical histories and performing specialized assessments to determine individualized treatment plans.

• Implement and modify treatment protocols based on the evolving needs of patients, leveraging evidence-based practices to maximize efficacy and improve outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and discharge summaries to ensure compliance with regulatory standards while promoting continuity of care.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
