Controller (Construction Industry) A leading top-ranked construction and project management company is seeking a highly visible Controller to oversee financial operations, forecasting, reporting, and internal controls for a major business unit. This is a strategic leadership role partnering closely with operational and market leaders on large-scale, complex projects. Construction Industry Experience is Required This position will pay between $170k-200K on a base salary, depending on experience. What You’ll Do Lead BU financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close Oversee project financial performance, fee analysis, AR, and balance sheet integrity Ensure strong internal controls, compliance, and risk management processes Partner with operations leadership to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making Mentor and develop accounting/finance team members What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 8+ years of accounting/finance leadership experience Own and oversee the month-end close and G/L Accounting Function Strong forecasting, reporting, and operational finance background Construction/project-based industry experience required CMiC experience strongly preferred Excellent communication and leadership skills Why Join?
