A Connecticut-based Managed Service Provider (MSP) serves as a comprehensive, outsourced IT department for healthcare organizations. Supported by an internal team of seven, this confidential company is actively scaling its marketing and prospecting initiatives to drive new business throughout the Northeast.

Job Description

Build out prospecting lists using available tools (Kaseya platform, Excel spreadsheets) Conduct cold calling to potential healthcare organizations and other entities in the Northeast Perform social media outreach Send email marketing campaigns using company-provided materials Follow up with prospects who initially say "no"/objection handling Continue engaging with prospects through multiple touch points Maintain ongoing contact with leads Support the building of new outreach campaigns Work as an extension of the internal team (7 members total) Collaborate with team members on outreach initiatives Participate in team chats and knowledge sharing

Must Haves

Open to Filipinos only based in the Philippines Sales assistant experience or similar prospecting/outreach background Strong communication skills Ability to work independently Detail-oriented approach to work Patient demeanor for customer interactions Willingness to learn company-specific tools and processes Ability to wear multiple hats in a small team environment

Home Office Requirements
