What You'll Do
- Act as a senior technical advisor to clients, helping design and implement solutions that align with their business needs
- Lead architecture and technical discussions across infrastructure, cloud, networking, security, and systems
- Design and deliver scalable, secure technology solutions across a range of client environments
- Work closely with Systems Engineers, Project Managers, Service Delivery, and leadership teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, from technical teams through to senior leadership
- Lead technical discovery, solution design, documentation, and implementation planning
- Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and provide guidance on best practices
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve client environments
What You'll Bring
- Experience in an MSP or other client-facing technology environment
- Previous experience as a Solutions Architect, Systems Architect, Senior Systems Engineer, Cloud Architect, or similar xhyhwjd
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and enterprise systems
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience designing and implementing solutions across complex client environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- A consultative, client-focused approach with the ability to take ownership of technical solutions from discovery through to delivery
