ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2022 and currently lead a team of four. State Farm has been a big part of my life - my dad was an agent for 38 years, and I spent 15 years working in his agency before becoming an agent myself. Outside of work, I'm a proud mom of two boys and understand the importance of building a career while maintaining time for family.

Our agency offers a 401(k), paid time off, paid holidays, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We're also open to candidates without insurance experience and are willing to invest in the right person who is eager to learn and grow.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for Alexandra Vazquez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
