hands-on litigation

personal injury litigation matters

from case intake through resolution, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial. Represent clients in

court appearances, hearings, mediations, and trials

. Develop and execute effective

litigation and trial strategies

to secure favorable outcomes. Conduct and defend

depositions

, draft pleadings, motions, and settlement demands. Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure high-quality case preparation. Contribute to firm growth while gaining

significant trial and courtroom experience
