Sr. Director, Delegate Oversight

Job Duties/Responsibilities Enterprise Ownership of Delegate Oversight: Own and evolve the delegated oversight strategy to align with corporate objectives, regulatory requirements, and value-based care priorities. Governance, Risk & Performance Accountability: Define and lead enterprise governance structures, oversee risk stratification methodologies, performance scoring, audit frameworks, and act as the senior escalation point for performance and compliance risks. Executive Partnership & External Leadership: Serve as the lead relationship owner for delegated partner executives, drive alignment on performance expectations, facilitate executive‑level performance reviews with IPAs and MSOs, and represent delegated oversight in enterprise initiatives. Performance Enablement & Continuous Improvement: Lead the evolution of delegated oversight into a proactive, insight‑driven function; use analytics to identify opportunities and intervene early, collaborate with Clinical, Quality, Compliance, Network, and Operations teams, and standardize best practices across the delegated network. Leadership & Team Development: Lead and develop a high‑performing team, set clear expectations, foster a culture of accountability, and influence matrixed teams to achieve enterprise performance goals. Job Requirements Experience: 10–12+ years in healthcare operations, delegated oversight, provider network management, or value‑based care. 5+ years of leadership specifically in delegated oversight, compliance, or provider performance, with accountability for performance outcomes. Skills: Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage external partner relationships; strong strategic thinking and analytical mindset; excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to manage ambiguity. Regulatory knowledge: Deep understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks (CMS, DMHC, DHCS, NCQA) and delegated models. Education: Bachelor’s degree required in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field. Master’s preferred (MHA, MPH, MBA, MSN). Certifications: Advanced training or certification in value‑based care, population health, healthcare compliance (e.g., CHC, CPCO), or project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus. Lean/Six Sigma is preferred.
