The Industrial Maintenance position supports both the Maintenance and Production areas. This position will report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor. This position will act as the first point of contact for any machinery or equipment issues.

The Industrial Maintenance position supports both the Maintenance and Production areas. This position will report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor. This position will act as the first point of contact for any machinery or equipment issues.
Responsibilities
- Repairs/replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery or equipment
- Repair or maintain the operating condition of industrial production or processing machinery or equipment
- Observe and test the operation of machinery or equipment to diagnose malfunctions
- Disassembles engines & mechanical units
- Cleans parts, like pistons, valves, and parts of transmissions and clutches
- Inspects parts for defects
- Installs specified new or reconditioned parts (relined brake bands and clutch plates, sprockets, pump cylinders, other parts of engines mud pumps)
- Reassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairs
- Tests function of pumps other mechanical units, using auxiliary power
- Inspecting Equipment, Structures, or Material - Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects
- Experience using hand tools
- Ability to follow oral and written work orders
- Experience using voltmeters and other testing devises
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to be proactive while creating a positive work environment
- Ability to multi task effectively and prioritize as needed
- Strong sense of urgency
- Ability to adapt to changes adequately
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Exhibits professionalism and strong leadership
- High school diploma or equivalent
