Leading the acquisition of indirect goods and services, the full-time Category Manager will manage sourcing initiatives, negotiate contracts, and analyze supplier performance while working remotely to maximize company profitability. Key responsibilities Plan and execute indirect sourcing projects while maintaining the lowest cost of ownership and high quality Strategically partner with stakeholders to clarify business needs and foster valuable supplier relationships Negotiate agreements and develop improved processes for procurement and contract management Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field 5+ years of experience in procurement or category management Strong negotiation skills and experience with supplier performance management Proficiency in sourcing strategies and contract negotiation processes Ability to analyze market trends and apply benchmarking tools
