Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients, utilizing state-of-the-art assessment tools to identify mental health needs and formulate diagnostic impressions.

• Provide individualized one-on-one counseling sessions to clients, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to assist them in overcoming challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, promoting peer support and community connections among participants to enhance their mental health journeys.

• Develop and maintain customized treatment plans for clients, setting clear, measurable goals and outlining specific therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Act promptly and effectively in crisis situations, providing immediate support to clients while conducting risk assessments and coordinating necessary interventions.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay current with emerging trends, new evidence-based practices, and regulatory requirements in the mental health field.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care that addresses both psychological and social factors affecting clients.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults from varying socio-economic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
