• Shift: Full-time 5x8s, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Night Call: 5:00 PM - 7:00 AM (minimum 2 calls/week)
• Weekend Call: 24-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM
• Hours/Week: 40
• Employment Type: Contract
• License/Certs: NY Licensed, Board Certified or Eligible, AHA or RQI Certification
• Experience: Minimum 2 years anesthesiology experience, proficiency in regional anesthesia, OB experience required

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $370.50

What You’ll Do:

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of cases, including obstetrics and regional procedures
• Perform independent nerve blocks and supervise up to 4:1 teams
• Cover minimum two calls per week, with flexibility for additional call coverage
• Arrive at the hospital within 30 minutes when on call
• Check in/out with the Unit Coordinator upon entering and leaving the facility
• Support anesthesia services under the supervision of the anesthesia chief
• Maintain compliance with credentialing and documentation requirements

What You Need:
Required:

• NY medical license in good standing
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Anesthesiology
• AHA or RQI certification
• Proven experience in anesthesia, including OB and regional anesthesia
• Ability to independently perform blocks and supervise teams

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a hospital setting with diverse case types
