• Monday-Friday
• Day Shift: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
• 5x8-Hour Shifts
• 40 Hours Per Week
• Night Call: 5:00 PM-7:00 AM
• Weekend Call: 24-Hour Shifts, 7:00 AM-7:00 AM
• Minimum of 2 Call Shifts Per Week Required
• Additional Call Coverage May Be Available
• Must Be Able to Arrive at the Hospital Within 30 Minutes When On Call
• Provider Must Check In and Out With the Unit Coordinator When Entering or Leaving the Facility

• Provide Anesthesia Coverage in an Acute Care Hospital
• Perform Regional Anesthesia
• Independently Perform Regional Blocks
• Provide OB Anesthesia Coverage
• Supervise Anesthesia Care Teams at Ratios Up to 4:1
• Provide Weekday and Weekend Call Coverage

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology - Required
• Active New York Medical License in Hand - Required
• At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience in Anesthesiology - Required
• Regional Anesthesia Proficiency - Required
• Must Be Able to Independently Perform Blocks
• OB Experience - Required
• Must Be Comfortable Supervising Up to 4:1
• AHA or RQI Certification - Required
• Residents and Fellows Not Accepted

• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 3-4 Weeks
• Current and Complete Work History Required
• No Unexplained Work History Gaps of 30 Days or More
• Physician Statement Required for Any Malpractice History, Including Dismissed or Cleared Claims
• Any Malpractice Claims Must Be Disclosed at Initial Submission
