Position Overview

Our team is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide technical support for both onsite and remote end users across multiple office locations. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while supporting desktop environments, mobile devices, peripheral equipment, and general IT infrastructure. Occasional local travel may be required to support various sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktop and laptop computers, tablets, mobile devices, printers, copiers, and telephony equipment.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Respond to and resolve end-user support requests through an IT ticket management system.
• Deploy and configure new technology equipment for end users.
• Assist with workstation setup, imaging, inventory tracking, and equipment lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and provide basic support for network devices as needed.
• Deliver timely and professional support while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and escalate issues appropriately when necessary.

Required Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience configuring, installing, and supporting computer hardware and software.
• Experience working with an IT service management or ticketing system.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting desktop operating systems, productivity applications, and mobile devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience Level: Intermediate

This is a Contract position based out of Fort Mitchell, KY.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Fort Mitchell,KY.
