Responsibilities: Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications: Communication and interpersonal skills. Positive and optimistic professional attitude. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Decisive and results oriented. Experience in client-services or sales preferred. Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish).
