Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that promote emotional well-being.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused techniques.

• Set specific therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor their progress towards achieving these goals, adjusting the treatment approach as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for all clients, addressing any logistical challenges they may face in accessing services.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and therapy sessions, adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and educational resources to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse client population includes adults facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or PsyD (Doctor of Psychology) is required.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a compassionate, non-judgmental attitude towards clients.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote working environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in teletherapy and the use of virtual platforms for delivering mental health services.

• Background in specific therapeutic modalities or populations of interest (e.g., youth, trauma survivors, etc.).

• Prior experience in an outpatient setting is a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, based on your experience and caseload. We also provide:
