Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Personal Injury Paralegal, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
1. Managing a caseload of personal injury claims from inception to conclusion.
2. Assisting attorneys in the preparation for trials, depositions, mediations, and meetings.
3. Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
4. Interviewing clients and witnesses to gather pertinent information and documentation.
5. Organizing and maintaining case files and tracking deadlines.
6. Liaising with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and court personnel.
7. Negotiating settlements with insurance companies on behalf of clients.
8. Ensuring compliance with legal procedures and policies.

Job Details

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Personal Injury Paralegal role, the candidate must possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal.
2. Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Strong knowledge of legal research tools and personal injury law.
4. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
8. Paralegal certification or equivalent legal qualification is preferred.
