Schedule: 37.5 hours/week | Days with some evening/weekend hours
On-Call: None
Salary:

• Fully Licensed: $29.47–$39.67/hr
• Limited License: $27.22–$36.63/hr

Mileage reimbursement: $0.70/mile

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Social Worker (LMSW) to provide outpatient behavioral health services to adults and families in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, intakes, and individual/group therapy.
• Develop treatment plans and provide mental health/co-occurring services.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain clinical documentation and coordinate discharge planning.
  

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work , Psychology, or Counseling
• Michigan license: LLMSW, LLPC, TLLP, LMSW, LPC, or LLP
• Minimum 1 year of mental health experience; internship/fieldwork may count
• Must obtain QMHP credential within 120 days of hire
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and with diverse populations
