Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assessing and identifying signs of mental health disorders in clients and applying appropriate evidence-based treatment interventions.

• Working collaboratively to develop individualized treatment plans, setting achievable goals and tracking client progress while making necessary adjustments to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Ensuring strict confidentiality of client information in compliance with HIPAA regulations, fostering a safe and trusting environment for clients to express themselves.

• Engaging with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care, enhancing our therapeutic offerings through collaborative efforts.

• Acting as a patient advocate during crisis situations, utilizing your expertise to intervene effectively and support clients in distress.

• Pursuing ongoing professional development and supervision to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge base.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, family dynamics, marital challenges, and other relationship issues. Understanding and respecting cultural differences is vital in providing effective therapy and fostering inclusivity. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or an equivalent field.

• An active LMFT license in the state of California, free of any disciplinary actions.

• Comprehensive knowledge of various therapeutic models and techniques suitable for treating mental health conditions and relational issues.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, experience in teletherapy or remote counseling is highly preferred. Familiarity with integrated care models and a background in crisis intervention would also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
