Junior Staff AccountantMiami, Florida, United StatesJoin our Miami-based CPA firm to support tax, bookkeeping, and financial reporting operations. This role offers hands-on experience in a collaborative professional environment, working alongside senior experts on diverse client portfolios.Assist in preparing financial statements and individual/corporate tax returns.Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations and journal entries.Communicate with clients to gather documentation and clarify financial data.Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (completed or near completion).1 year of accounting experience, including relevant internships at a CPA firm.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.Fluency in English (Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus).
