Salary Range: $90,000–$100,000 per year Shift:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
• Long hours and/or weekend work is required occasionally.
• Actual working hours may vary slightly by department, depending on operational needs.

What’s a typical day as Human Resources Generalist? You’ll be:

• Partnering with Talent Acquisition to manage the full talent acquisition cycle, from workforce planning to onboarding and orientation
• Supporting employee relations, including staff forums, grievance and disciplinary cases, workplace health and safety, and exit interviews
• Assisting with administration of employee benefits, performance reviews, annual salary reviews, attendance, and payroll data
• Tracking and managing employee movements (transfers, promotions, pay changes) and supporting HR reporting
• Responding to employee inquiries on HR topics and supporting documentation needs (benefits, payroll, employment verification, etc.)
• Ensuring HR policies are understood and adhered to, providing guidance and contributing to a positive work environment
• Maintaining HR records and supporting HR projects as needed

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources management, or a related field
• Have at least 3 years of HR experience (human resources generalist experience preferred)
• Possess strong working knowledge of key HR disciplines (talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, performance management) and relevant CA labor laws
• Are bilingual in English and Cantonese or Mandarin
  • Additional language skill (Spanish) is a plus
• Demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a very high-volume and fast-paced environment
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Are able to travel locally between San Jose and other Bay Area locations and occasionally work extended hours or weekends
• Hold a PHR certification (preferred)
