About the Role

The Company is seeking a President to lead its community-focused banking operations. The ideal candidate for this executive role is a proven Ag and Commercial Lender with a strong desire to make a significant impact in a smaller community. Responsibilities include managing and growing an existing portfolio, as well as developing new relationships within the community. The successful candidate will be groomed for the future Bank Presidential role, with a focus on both customer-centric service and the strategic growth of the business. The role demands a leader with a customer-focused heart, excellent credit analysis skills, and the ability to keep the mission of the business at the forefront. The President will be involved in all aspects of the business, from community events to key client appointments, and will work closely with the current President to ensure a smooth transition and continued success. Applicants for the President position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' lending experience or examining, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree or above. A background in banking operations, vendor management, and a strong desire for management are essential. The role requires a professional with trustworthy ethics, the ability to grow the bank in all areas, and a focus on providing an impactful customer and employee experience.
