En tant que salarié(e) fixe + commissions + véhicule à disposition.. Objectif de la mission : Conquérir des nouveaux marchés sur différents secteurs en créant ou en rachetant des enseignes lambda dans l'immobilier afin de mettre en place des équipes et d'obtenir des objectifs de developpement sur chiffres d'affaires. Nous recherchons un profil dans la Tech ou le Digital qui soit capable d'évaluer des études de marchés. Le Business Development ou Développement Commercial poursuit plusieurs objectifs : **le go-to-market :**positionnement sur un marché avec un produit/service, choix d’une cible client et des messages pour l’adresser, afin d’augmenter le nombre de personnes qui ont connaissance du produit/service en question ; la prospection de leads via l’exécution de séquences de prospection ; la qualification des besoins des prospects (leads) pour déterminer leur intérêt pour la solution. Dynamique et réactif, organisé et rigoureux. Vous devez vouloir travailler de manière intègre, dans le partage de valeurs communes et un état d'esprit positif. En qualité de Business Development ou Développement Commercial vous devrez : Élaborer une stratégie commerciale et le business plan (5% - 10%) ; Piloter et exécuter le plan de développement (60%) ; Négocier des contrats (20%); Savoir communiquer avec les autres parties prenantes de l’entreprise (10%) ; Lorsqu’il a aussi en charge le volet Account Management : fidéliser ses clients et développer des partenariats sur le long terme. iDAL FRANCE Vos missions En qualité de Business Development ou Développement Commercial vous devrez : Élaborer une stratégie commerciale et le business plan (5% - 10%) ; Piloter et exécuter le plan de développement (60%) ; Négocier des contrats (20%); Savoir communiquer avec les autres parties prenantes de l’entreprise (10%) ; Lorsqu’il a aussi en charge le volet Account Management : fidéliser ses clients et développer des partenariats sur le long terme.
