This full-time role in Jersey City, NJ, involves developing and implementing sales strategies to meet business objectives. The position focuses on driving revenue growth through new business development and expanding existing accounts. Candidates should have experience in sales and business development, with proficiency in generic technology tools.
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives. Drive revenue growth through new business development and key account expansion. Manage sales forecasting, performance tracking, and KPI management. Lead high-value deal closures and guide contract negotiations. Analyze market trends and customer needs to refine strategy.
3 - 7 years of sales and business development experience in a related field. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. Proven track record of client acquisition and relationship management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in generic technology tools and office software.
