Technical Product Manager

Technical Product ManagerVertiv's Global Engineering Services group is seeking a Technical Product Manager to help define and maintain our Rack PDU portfolios for our data center infrastructure connectivity solutions. Work will include working with internal and external customers, prioritizing feature backlog with Agile techniques, create technical Market Requirement Documents (MRDs) to clearly define needs of market to engineering teams. A successful candidate should be skilled in several areas of expertise: AI, Agile, Program Management, Interpersonal skills, technical proficiency.Responsibilities:Collaborate with other engineering groups, team leads, and product management to design, document, develop, and maintain embedded software solutions to meet customer needs.Define, develop, and administer customer facing product evaluation programs and roadmapsProvide on-site critical customer consultations when required.Use of Agentic AI to create and maintain Product Documentation including user manuals, quick start guides, and technical documentation. Provide support to regionalize documents as needed.Experience with Agile/Scrum process.
