Collaborate with the estimating team to develop accurate and competitive pricing proposals for clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners to foster repeat business and referrals. Stay current with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth. Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports on sales performance. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and expand the customer base. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner. Qualifications: Proven track record of success in roofing sales or a similar field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Strong understanding of roofing products, materials, and installation methods. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
