Job Description: As the Kitchen Manager, you will support the General Manager by leading all back-of-house operations and ensuring the kitchen runs at peak efficiency. You will deliver the leadership essential to ensure the kitchen continually operates up to company and industry standards. Your main responsibilities include overseeing line execution, prep, and inventory, ensuring team members complete all assigned tasks and serve safe, high-quality, consistent food.
As the Kitchen Manager, you will assist with facility maintenance, BOH recruitment, hiring, training and mentoring excellent employees, controlling food and labor costs, and ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:
- This position mandates a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or Executive Sous Chef in a high-volume, full-service setting
- The Kitchen Manager must be passionate about, and excel in, the development and mentoring of others
- The ability to control costs, maintain consistency, and drive positive sales is compulsory
- Trust, honesty, integrity and a heartfelt passion for food quality and team culture is a necessity
- The Kitchen Manager should represent our company as a “brand ambassador” at all times
