The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business partnering, cash flow management, financial modeling, balance sheet analysis, and process improvement. This individual will be instrumental in driving the financial planning and analysis function, guiding strategic decision-making, and optimizing financial performance.WHAT YOU’LL DOFinancial Planning & AnalysisCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including SG&A departments, Corporate Operations and Accounting, to prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plansAnalyze current and past financial data and performance, preparing reports, scenarios and projections based on this analysisEvaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecastsFinancial Modeling & AnalysisBuild comprehensive financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-makingConduct sensitivity analysis of impacts driven by various risks and opportunitiesDevelop analytics and automations to drive insights into business trends and performancePerformance Monitoring & ReportingMonitor and report on financial performance, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variancesUnderstand the underlying reasons, drivers, second-order impacts, and interconnected effects of financial trendsServe as subject matter expert on drivers, project codes, variance analysis, commentary, and GL hygieneLead the development of executive-level reporting and present financial insights to senior managementDevelop insightful presentations that clearly communicate complex financial data through easy-to-digest visuals and commentaryProcess ImprovementIdentify and implement process improvements to streamline FP&A activities and enhance reporting accuracyDrive continuous improvement in financial reporting tools, systems, and proceduresCash Flow & Balance Sheet ManagementSupport cash flow forecasting and management efforts, ensuring liquidity and financial stabilityConduct thorough balance sheet analyses and report on key financial indicatorsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA/MS or relevant professional certification (CPA, CFA, FMVA, CMA) is a plus3-7 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting within a finance, corporate FP&A, investment banking, or consulting environmentAdvanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis toolsDemonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives in a finance functionExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information in an understandable mannerProven track record of managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environmentExperience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems (i.e., Anaplan, NetSuite, Oracle, Foundry)Must be authorized to work in the United StatesUS Salary Range$99,000—$130,000 USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
