Bilingual Construction Administrative Assistant
$20 per hourAn established, leading equipment rental provider in Ocoee, FL is expanding and restructuring its local operations! Due to an exciting organizational realignment into specialized product verticals, we are seeking a versatile, sharp Operations & Inside Sales Specialist to join the team. The ability to speak Spanish is needed for this role. This is a Temp-to-Perm opportunity designed for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves wearing multiple hats, and functions as the operational heartbeat of a busy industrial or construction-style office. In this role, you will be the absolute first point of contact for the branch, managing a blend of phone inquiries and local walk-in clientele (approximately 10%). You will touch every part of the order lifecycle—from initial inquiry and routing to internal sales, to complex invoice generation and cross-branch asset coordination. Interested?
