Engagement Manager

The Engagement Manager works directly with campus administrators to put account strategy into action. You're the day-to-day partner for a portfolio of institutions: running office hours, suggesting new ways to use the platform, and making sure the tools your clients rely on are being utilized the way their institution needs them to be.

You know the PeopleGrove products inside and out, and you use that knowledge to help clients get real value out of their investment. This position requires approximately 15% travel.
