Job Description
We’re seeking an HR Generalist in Austin, TX to support a growing organization by handling a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, training coordination, and light recruiting. This role serves as a primary point of contact for employee HR questions, maintains accurate records in ADP, and partners closely with senior HR leadership to ensure compliance, engagement, and smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
Compensation: $70,000/Yearly

Requirements:
- 3-5 Years of HR related roles required
- Bachelors Degree highly preferred but not required
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
