Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive psychotherapy services tailored to individual, couples, and family needs in an outpatient setting, whether via telehealth or in-person.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical notes to meet stringent legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications\n

• Active LCSW license in the state of Arizona—candidates with only LMSW licenses will not be considered.

• A strong foundation in ethical standards and clinical judgment, demonstrating the ability to make informed, sensitive decisions in the best interest of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges between $80,000 - $90,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance. Employees may choose between W2 or 1099 compensation models, allowing for flexibility based on individual preferences.
