Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family psychotherapy in an outpatient setting, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring transparent communication with all stakeholders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Remote Hospice Care Specialist, you’ll engage with a clientele that includes individuals facing terminal illnesses and their families. You will address a variety of mental health concerns, including grief, depression, anxiety, and adjustment disorders, particularly as they navigate end-of-life decisions. Your role is crucial in providing emotional support and guidance, helping patients and their families to cope with the emotional impacts of hospice care.

Qualifications\n

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Arizona (LMSW will not be considered).

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience, with a preference for outpatient settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package. This includes options for W2 or 1099 employment, so you can choose the structure that best fits your needs. Additional benefits include:
