Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to inform individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's needs.

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy to individuals, families, and groups.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal standards and ethical practices, ensuring effective and responsible management of client information.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans, enhancing the overall treatment process and client support.

• Stay abreast of current trends and advancements in mental health research through continuous professional development and participation in relevant workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing a range of mental health challenges, particularly those with limited access to traditional care options. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Connecticut.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

An attractive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year is offered, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
