Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist
$22 per hourJBA International
Intake Assistant Law firm is hiring an intake assistant to join our Personal Injury department. No experience necessary if you have a successful sales background or are familiar with personal injury as we will train the right candidate. Prior intake experience and/or experience in personal injury is preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong grammar skills, a positive attitude, is a team player and most importantly wants to help people who have been injured in an accident. We are a social and technologically savvy, growing, and very reputable personal injury law firm that is looking to add to our amazing team. Our office is very fast-paced, with many cases going on simultaneously. We love what we do and have built a great family-like culture in our office. This position is an in-office position. There will be training to properly prepare you for the position.
COMPENSATION:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned: Must be fluent in Spanish Superior customer service skills Handle new client calls from first call until client signs up with the firm Listen and answer questions from prospective clients regarding their case Set up clients with initial medical treatmentQUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:
