Ensures that CoverMyMeds' platform infrastructure adheres to healthcare regulatory requirements and maintains high availability, with a strong SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) orientation.Key Responsibilities:Implement and maintain security controls, identity and access management, and compliance monitoring across the platformDefine and track SLOs/SLAs, manage incident response, and conduct post-mortems to drive reliability improvementsSupport disaster recovery planning, high availability architecture, and platform audit readinessRequired Skills (3 bullets):Security & compliance: Experience implementing cloud security controls (IAM policies, encryption, secrets management via Vault or AWS Secrets Manager) with awareness of HIPAA or other regulated frameworksSite Reliability Engineering (SRE): Hands-on experience with SLO/SLA definition, on-call operations, incident management, and reliability tooling (PagerDuty, OpsGenie, or similar)Infrastructure hardening & auditing: Familiarity with security scanning, vulnerability management, and compliance tooling (AWS Config, Security Hub, Snyk, or equivalent)About NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
