About America’s Best House Plans

America’s Best House Plans is an established ecommerce company offering one of the country’s leading collections of residential house plans from more than 100 independent designers. We help homeowners and building professionals find the right home design through an extensive plan collection, expert customer service, and an easy-to-use digital shopping experience.

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to help execute our marketing initiatives and strengthen how we connect with customers.

About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator is a hands-on position supporting marketing across social media, email, SMS, website content, promotions, and customer engagement.

Working closely with the Director of Marketing, you’ll help create content, execute campaigns, coordinate projects, engage with customers, and ensure marketing initiatives are completed accurately and on time.

What You’ll Do

• Create, schedule, and manage organic social media content and engage with our online community.
• Help create and coordinate content including social posts, blogs, videos, customer stories, home tours, and other marketing materials.
• Build and execute email and SMS campaigns, coordinating copy, creative, scheduling, segmentation, testing, and quality assurance. 
• Support company promotions, website content, and integrated marketing campaigns across email, social, SMS, and other customer-facing channels.
• Help collect and organize customer photography, videos, testimonials, and other user-generated content.
• Coordinate marketing projects, calendars, deadlines, approvals, and deliverables, and help support marketing interns when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, designers, builders, and outside partners on marketing content, assets, meetings, and initiatives. 
• Track campaign and channel performance and help identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay current on marketing, social media, ecommerce, home design, and consumer trends.
• Bring new ideas and creative thinking to how we market our products and engage with customers.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Experience across multiple areas of digital marketing, such as social media, content creation, email marketing, and campaign execution.
• Experience creating graphics and short-form video content for digital and social channels.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines at once.
• Proactive, dependable, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities.
• Comfortable reviewing marketing performance and using insights to improve future work. 
• Ecommerce or consumer marketing experience is a plus.
