Remote SaaS Support Specialist
AutoVitals
AutoVitals, Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Specialist (Tier 1) to handle inbound support across channels, resolve common questions, and route complex issues to Tier 2/3. This role reports to the Manager, Customer Support and is remote.
You will document interactions, meet response targets, and contribute to knowledge base improvements while delivering empathetic service to auto shop clients. We are hiring immediately with competitive pay and benefits.
