Sr Manager, Medical Information

Baxter seeks a Manager, Medical Information to serve as a clinical subject matter expert for assigned hospital product lines. The role encompasses managing medical inquiries, conducting literature research, ensuring advertising compliance, and supporting product launches while maintaining FDA regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage medical information inquiries and escalations from healthcare professionals and internal teams
• Create and maintain standard response documents in the Medical Information Content Management system
• Review and approve US advertising and promotional materials for medical accuracy and FDA compliance
• Assess voice of customer feedback and identify market trends to communicate to stakeholders
• Develop and execute internal and external education programs on medical and clinical topics

Requirements

• Licensed pharmacist with clinical credentials
• Minimum 5 years of clinical pharmacy experience
• Home infusion pharmacy experience preferred
• Knowledge of FDA regulations for medical communications
• Medical writing and oral communication skills
• Ability to search, summarize, and interpret medical literature accurately

Compensation: $128,000-$176,000 base annually
