Key Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, format, and prepare communications for email, SharePoint, Teams chatbot, newsletters, digital signage, presentations, leadership communications, and campaigns
• Develop complete communications packages based on approved briefs and source materials
• Coordinate stakeholder inputs, reviews, approvals, publishing readiness, and follow-up activities
• Support executive, culture, employee engagement, and change communication initiatives
• Create presentation-ready graphics, visual assets, motion elements, and branded materials
• Build and maintain reusable templates for videos, campaigns, executive communications, and storytelling
• Support basic video editing, captions, thumbnails, and production coordination
• Apply established digital channel and content governance standards
• Maintain content ownership inventories, review schedules, audit findings, remediation trackers, and follow-up activities
• Support page organization, content cleanup, publishing quality checks, and content lifecycle management
• Document recurring governance procedures and maintain effective handoff materials
• Gather and validate available channel and campaign performance data
• Maintain reporting inputs, scorecards, and recurring reports using established frameworks
• Identify trends, anomalies, observations, and follow-up questions to support leadership analysis
• Document data sources, definitions, refresh processes, and reporting procedures
• Maintain established intake, editorial calendar, portfolio tracking, template, and approval workflows
• Document workflow processes, dependencies, controls, exceptions, and opportunities for simplification
• Support testing and documentation of approved AI-enabled productivity, automation, and workflow improvements
• Work independently within established priorities while appropriately escalating sensitive, strategic, or ambiguous matters

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, English, Digital Media, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
