Media Staffing Support Analyst

OverviewWe are looking for a Staffing Support to join our team and provide administrative and operational support to staffing and workforce planning activities.In this role, you will help maintain accurate employee information, support staffing coordination, track team capacity and assignments, and assist with day-to-day workforce-related processes.This is a junior and mid-level position, ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with people and data.ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to staffing and workforce planning activities.Maintain and update employee and staffing information in internal systems and spreadsheets.Support tracking of team assignments, availability, capacity, and staffing needs.Assist with workforce reports and data consolidation.Follow up on staffing-related requests and ensure information is updated on time.Coordinate with different teams to collect and validate employee information.Support the preparation of basic reports and staffing updates.Perform other administrative tasks related to workforce and staffing operations.QualificationsRequirements2+ years of experience in administrative support, HR administration, staffing, workforce coordination, or a related role.Intermediate knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.Strong organizational and follow-up skills.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Comfortable working with data and maintaining accurate records.English B2+.Finance, accounting, or billing experience is not required.Nice to HavePrevious exposure to workforce management, staffing, resource planning, or HR operations.Experience working with HR, staffing, or employee management systems.
