Rate of Pay: $25.85

Hours per day: 8

Start and ending time: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Working days per year: 193

Paid holidays: 6

Qualifications desired: High school diploma, or equivalent. One year post secondary training in administrative assistant or computer skills preferred. Two years' administrative assistant experience in an educational setting, preferred. Knowledge of school policy and procedures. Basic office procedures. Proficiency in computer applications. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills. Record-keeping skills. Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, be flexible, and maintain confidentiality.
