Direct Support Professional (DSP)Status: Full-time, 30+ hours per weekSchedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-2:30 pmLocation: HarrisburgPay: $17.00 per hour, up to $17.75 per hour with NADSP DSP certification(s)What We're Looking For:Entry level, training providedA valid driver's license and 6 months driving experience18 years of ageAccess to a vehicle with valid insurance, registration, and inspectionAbility to communicate, read, write, and understand the English languagePreferred: Previous Personal Care Aide, Caregiver, Direct Support Professional (DSP), or Direct Care Worker experiencePreferred: Knowledge of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or autismAs a DSP (Direct Support Professional) in Community Participation Supports,you'll help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities build independence, confidence, and meaningful connections.
