LUXURY DESIGN & MILLWORK BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Hunter | Business Development | High-End Residential

VeraForm Design Studio | Coral Gables, Florida

VeraForm Design Studio is looking for a  high-performance Hunter to join our luxury cabinetry and interior design sales team.

This is  not a traditional showroom sales position .

We are looking for someone who knows how to  create business—not wait for it .

Your mission is simple: identify luxury residential projects, build relationships with the people controlling those projects, open doors, create opportunities, and convert them into high-value cabinetry, millwork, and interior projects.

If you are the type of salesperson who wakes up thinking about  who you can meet, what project you can uncover, and where the next $100K opportunity is coming from , we want to meet you.

THE OPPORTUNITY

VeraForm specializes in luxury cabinetry, custom millwork, closets, wall paneling, furniture, lighting, and high-end interior solutions. You will develop business throughout the Miami luxury residential market by actively building relationships with Trade Partners in the Construction and Design Industry.

The role combines  business development, relationship building, showroom presentations, client acquisition, and sales management .

VeraForm may provide showroom opportunities, inbound inquiries, referrals, and marketing leads, but  there is no guaranteed volume of company-provided leads . The expectation is that the successful candidate will consistently generate their own pipeline through proactive outreach. Must be Bilingual English- Spanish.

• You are persistent without being pushy
• You know how to build long-term relationships
• You understand that luxury sales are built on trust, follow-up, and credibility
• You are comfortable selling projects with longer sales cycles
• You can identify an opportunity before it becomes an obvious opportunity
• You are motivated by  uncapped earning potential
• You are organized enough to maintain a disciplined CRM pipeline
• You have the confidence to ask for the appointment, the project, and ultimately the sale

COMPENSATION (Opportunity to earn 200K+)

Full-Time | W-2 | Monday–Friday| Commission Base Position

$4,000 MONTHLY RECOVERABLE DRAW

A $4,000 gross monthly draw is provided to support onboarding, pipeline development, and the longer sales cycle associated with luxury cabinetry and millwork.

The draw is an advance against future earned commissions and is reconciled according to company policy.

COMMISSION

5% commission on eligible approved customer funds attributable to the approved minimum/core contract amount.

10% commission on approved amounts sold above the company-approved minimum price or core contract amount.

Commissions are paid as eligible customer funds are received, cleared, and reconciled.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

The position has measurable business-development expectations, including:

• 15–20 targeted weekly outreach activities , including trade visits, calls, meetings, and qualified business-development contacts
• 10+ newly qualified sales leads per performance week
• 3–5 showroom presentations, qualified appointments, trade-partner presentations or project consultations per week
• Consistent CRM activity and follow-up
• Development of new designer, builder and contractor relationships
• Generation of qualified luxury residential project opportunities
• Consistent movement of opportunities through the sales pipeline

We are interested in  results, relationships , and revenue—not simply activity for activity's sake.

ADDITIONAL EARNING OPPORTUNITIES

$500— New Interior Designer Account

$750— New Builder / General Contractor Account

+$500— Single approved project exceeding $100,000

1% Quarterly Volume Bonus — Potential eligibility when approved quarterly sales exceed $500,000.

There is significant upside for a salesperson who can consistently create and close large projects.

We want a closer who can hunt.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven sales or business-development experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Professional appearance and presence
• Ability to develop relationships with high-end clients and trade professionals
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• CRM discipline
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation for local business development
• Ability to travel locally for meetings, outreach, and project visits
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
