Tradeshow Coordinator

Job title: Marketing Events/Tradeshow Coordinator Workplace type: On-site with travel Location: Edison, New Jersey Cruxx is partnering with a MedTech company in Edison, New Jersey, that is building a complex electromechanical surgical system and heading into a busy commercial calendar. They are hiring a Marketing Events Coordinator to own their trade show and conference presence end to end, reporting to the incoming Chief Marketing Officer. This is not a conference-room role. The company brings a physical system to every show. You will own the logistics of getting it there, making it work on the booth, and making sure the right people see it and that their details come back with you. What you will do Run around five US trade shows a year end to end: booth design and build, freight, exhibitor services, install and dismantle, demo equipment, staffing and timing Coordinate one international meeting a year from the office Organise the breakfasts, evening events and sponsorships that surround the major meetings Produce social and video content on the booth with editorial judgment: spotting the moment, filming the demo, getting it out the same day Own lead capture at every event and make sure every lead reaches the commercial team Work with the in-house designer so that nothing leaves the building with a misplaced logo What we are looking for You have run whole shows with real, heavy, reusable kit, not a tabletop with two reps Hands-on with trade show logistics: freight, drayage, exhibitor services, show contractors Comfortable shooting and posting social and video content on-site A genuine eye for design and detail Able to be on-site in Edison every day, with travel to shows Medical device, healthcare or capital equipment event experience is a plus.
