Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing solution-focused techniques and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each individual client.

• Implement a diverse array of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other established methodologies, to ensure optimal client engagement and healing.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, demonstrating a commitment to both excellence and ethical practice.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of psychotherapists, psychiatrists, and other mental health specialists, ensuring that clients receive integrated and holistic care tailored to their specific challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or a Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution, demonstrating your foundational knowledge and commitment to the field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
